The Institute of Public Health of Montenegro (IPHM) as an institution of national importance has the comparative advantage of covering the entire territory of the country, in the territory where one HEI (UoM) educates medical students. This will enable long-term monitoring of project results. Specifically, the public health institutes in the WBC, through the regular reporting system in the health care system, receive data on the output results of the work of medical students after graduation. Thus, IPHM has an insight into the direct results of the educational process in the field of medicine, ie the quality of student work after graduation in Montenegro. Thus, IPHM will have the opportunity to monitor the outputs of the improvement of the educational process at UoM in the same territory, in the practical work of students after graduation. This possibility of monitoring the outcomes of the educational process through the outcomes of the health system is a unique opportunity to assess the impact of interventions in the education system on the quality of work of persons educated in that system. Thanks to this solution, WBC HEIs will continue to receive data on the success of project results after the project implementation period, and thus have an insight into the success of the MCPB module in the education system, which was implemented by this project. Thus, the role of IPHM within the project will enable increased visibility of the project within the health sector, but also significantly contribute to the impact and sustainability of the results of this project.
